Air con did not work and were woken up by house keeping at 7.30am as stated they were advised we had already checked out. Not impressed.

I arrive from Brisbane going in gold coast. when i arrive in hotel in which i had a booking for 3 nights and already paid using my card. The staff did not allow me to check in until I had the money on my card for the bond: I showed the stuff that I have deposited money on my card, but it will take few hours before it appears and then offer her if I can use cash for the bond, But she says she can’t allow me to check in until the money appears on my account. I just find it really inconvenience because you can’t assume everyone especially the elderly to use card, There are still some people who are using cash to cash basis. I’m wondering if the money appears on my card the day after it means ill be waiting for few hours . the roo is paid already and they wont allow me to check in because of the bond? other hotels considered cash for the bond.. so I find it really, really inconsiderate

Outstanding location / fantastic service and amenities - well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to every place you want. But some facilities are a little bit out of the days. Bathroom doesn’t have fan so it’s humid after shower.
