Spacious Room with Great Ocean Views
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsWonderful stay. The staff were superb from check-in to check out. We booked a 2br apartment in the Jewel Residences, ideal for a family of 4. The apartment was located on the 35th floor with incredible views of the beach when in the kitchen, lounge, dining area. The master bedroom, with its own balcony, faced west towards the hinterland, so it was nice for afternoon sun. The hotel is a ~15-20min walk from Surfers Paradise, but easy enough to get an Uber or jump on the tram, which is ~200m walk from the hotel.

A beautiful building, beautiful rooms and surroundings and definitely has the potential to be a true 5 star luxury hotel. It has everything it needs to succeed just needs stricter management knowing what their staff are like and what level of hospitality they are providing. A few staff members let the rest of the team down

I just loved this hotel. It was stunningly beautiful, clean, safe and relaxing. Great bar to meet friends, excellent food choices, comfortable room, loved the amenities. Cant wait to come back
