Super séjour

Super Hôtel bien placé a coté du Q1 a Surfers, a 2 minutes du Tram ou a 10 mins a pied de la place pietonne. Super accueil et le petit-déjeuner extraordinaire ! Je recommande

Very deceiving, never a gain Wyndam

We spent a month in Australia and this was thé most expensive hôtel that we paid, almost double other hôtels in Brisbane and Melbourne. Only one bed for 4 adultes, kids had to use sofa bed. We had to pay to watch à film, sound was lost during fim, unable to use Netflix. The tv was so small we could hardly see it. Shower had no water pressure, room needed rénovations and breakfast not included in a 400$ à night room.... It was 22.50$ per person

At the time of booking, apartment sizes, breakfast inclusions, and optional extras are all offered. Like most hotels, these can come at an extra cost, but are of course, optional. Our one-bedroom apartments will comfortably sleep 4 people, with one bedroom sleeping 2, and a sofa bed provided which sleeps 2. Our two-bedroom apartments will comfortably sleep 6 people, with both bedrooms sleeping 2 people each, and also a sofa-bed provided which sleeps 2. agréable séjour à surfers paradise

Hotel très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage du tramway du centre ville et des commerces ; appartement propre et bien équipé donnant sur l'arrière pays et ses canaux d'ou nous avons pu observer de beaux couchers de soleil ; personnel accueillant attentif et réactif .

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the location and amenities were generally satisfactory, I was quite disappointed with the housekeeping service. Throughout my entire stay in seven days my room was not cleaned or refreshed, which is something I expect from any reputable hotel. Upon arrival, the room was clean, but as the days went on, it became increasingly inconvenient not to have the room serviced. The trash bins were overflowing, the bathroom lacked fresh towels, and the bed linens were never changed. I had to do all of that by myself as I was with my two young children and kids make mess. I had to call reception every other day for fresh towels and sheets. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that there is housekeeping fee they charge if you want to get room service done. I should have been given the choice to opt-in or opt-out of daily housekeeping services without any extra fee because this hotel was not cheap, rather than assuming I didn't need them. So I had to clean rooms and I even asked them to bring the vacuum into my room and cleaned the rooms by myself. I mean the whole point of going on holidays is that when you come back to your room after a long day, it’s nice to see your room is being cleaned and fresh. I would recommend that the hotel reconsider its approach to housekeeping.

We had a problem where another couple was given an access card to our room, and indeed did enter our room. Luckily we were there at the time. However, this could have been a disaster, with being caught out at an inappropriate time, or else having our belongings taken. Not good enough at all!

The room was quite large and potentially good for a family however our room did not have a working air conditioner which was far from ideal for a young family.
