I am allergic to dust and animal hair, etc…causes Asthma and allergy reactions. I suffered these at this Villa. Just luckily my husband had a Ventolin Inhaler and Allergy tablets.Floor was dirty. Had a great shower and bathroom though. TV remote didn’t work. No milk in the fridge. Have paid for 2 nights but could not stay another night. Had to get out of there.

I’m sorry this was your experience as i personally vacuumed and moped the villa before your stay. I wish you would have contacted at the time as i was on site and could have came up and seen:fixed or moved rooms for the night. I do have Zyrtec in the medical kit as have had previous allergies for mosquitoes and plants. The TV was off on the power point and due to feedback with milk being full cream we have changed to providing hot chocolate and various teas in winter and cold bottles of water during summer. There is a general store closeby for any dietary needs. The villa you stayed in is pet free and was deep cleaned 4 weeks ago and you have stayed a couple of times previously without incident in a pet friendly villa so find odd that has been the case as next guests after your stay requested a longer stay. This guest has requested a credit to stay again in the future.

Just what we were after for the fishing trip . Outdoor area with the fire pit great , clean tidy . Would stay again and will recommend 👍

My husband and I stayed in villa 2 for the weekend and it was perfect, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. A short stroll to the beach where we caught lots of fish. Looking forward to coming back and staying in the beach house with the family next time.

We arrived at the property door was stuck that's ok. Broken Glass near fridge lucky my wife had tweezers. Hole in main bedroom ceiling strong smell of mold. Power point hanging off wall live wires. Black hair on sheets in bed room. Not pet friendly over grown back yard. All this i could deal with but when the power went out and no running water after two days into a 7 day stay

Unfortunately there was a statewide black out in some areas and we were lucky was out for only 16 hours mainly overnight. All guests were refunded more then a nights accommodation and late check outs for the end of their stays. Most enjoyed the beach or drive to surrounding areas while power was temporarily out. Chris became abusive and demanded a full refund and he would write a favourable review. No maintence issues were advised till seeing this review or knowledge he was bringing a pet at any stage. He was upgraded as well for his stay. If guests had communicated any maintenance issues we would attend to it. The grass gets mowed regularly and was done midweek of their stay. There was menstrual blood was left all over the sheets and dog hair all over the furniture which was very disappointing. All other guests were happy and enjoyed their stay and suggested activities.
