The elevator and ice machine didn't work. (The elevator was later repaired during my stay.) The entire hotel was dirty and very much in need of renovations; very old and run down. There was a huge shower chair in my bathroom that I didn't need. The hotel room felt dirty. The bathroom mirror was dirty and old. I could hear the other guests. The rooms definitely are not noise proof. I won't be staying here again.

musty smelling room. carpets did not feel clean. dated decor. room did not get cleaned/towels replaced. not as expensive as some other places though.

Enjoyed the service of the hotel and the way I was able to change rooms because the TV in my room did not have a remote. Though I was concern about a bug I found in the bed of the first room, I was releaved that they were about to change me to a room with a cleaner bed.

Arrest was exceptional staffer. She tried her best to help find a room that didn’t have mew dew smell, ceiling damage, and mold. She relocated me twice. Seriously hotel needs a real tear out and redone.
