My stay at Quality Inn was good. However, the second night, the other guests were a little loud and the hallway smelled of marijuana.

I am seeking compensation for this. When I arrived on 8/30/24 there was an inch of standing water on the ground surrounding the AC unit and I did not notice it. I had my children with me and when I requested that one of my sons get off the bed because it was time for a shower he got down in a very normal manner and ended up slipping on the water and hitting his head on the ground and the AC unit. Luckily he is OK, however my son is epileptic and this could've caused Major issues. When I spoke to the Hotel about it they said "oh sorry there is a storm in the area and the water is coming in form the AC unit all of the rooms are doing it so here is a few extra towels." I then spent the rest of the weekend replacing sopping wet towels in my room to ensure that my children would be safe. Safety should not have to be an issue I am concerned with while I am staying at a hotel.I have stayed with this hotel previously with no issues. So for management to not even care or listen to my concerns about my child's safety and medical well being was absolutely astonishing. I then tried to contact Expedia and had no luck being transferred to a new hotel. I then went multiple nights with little to no sleep due to the constant worry that my children would have a seizure do to being injured on this property
