Worst place I went

With took a non smokers room, which smell disguisting when we entre the room, like cigar. White towel were so dirty. We found hairs in the bed, etc…

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

I checked in with ease and checked out 2 mins after checking in. Asked for a refund and they said I will get it back we will see. This place needs to be shut

This place was the worst I've ever stayed at. It's a shame it has the Wyndham name even attached to it. Dirty floors, towels, tub, shower curtain, etc. Even ended up with some uninvited guests that were in the process of dying....just terrible!!! I left early and requesting partial refund because I'm sure I won't get all of it back. Don't stay there unless you can verify some changes. Nobody should go through that.
