Some improvements will help.

We had a few concerns One, there were 2 large roaches in the room near the dresser and TV. Two, the vent in the shower was ineffective as the room got steamy and wet and I had to open the door so that the AC would dissipate the steam. The floor temained wet for awhile. Fumigate the room and replace the vent and that would go a long way to improving the experience.
