Front Desk Clerks were professional and accommodating
We had Mass services that we were to attend, and as we checked and realized traffic was going to make us late for our 11:00 AM check out - we were given 30 minutes - so we rushed back, gathered our luggage and were at the Front Desk promptly at 11:30 to return Room Key and assure the fact that we were cleared out to surrender our Room- Thank you, Holiday Inn, for hiring REAL PEOPLE to Take Care of your paying guests.

The property was nice and the complimentary breakfast was really nice. Staff was very friendly and the stay overall was great!
