Convenient but next time try another optio.

Location was convenient and price was reasonable. It is Gonzales after all so not a lot of options and top quality hotels available. We had an issue with one of our beds that would vibrate or shake at night. The room must have been above the boiler room. The pool could have been cleaner. Overall it was decent to stay but not for extended stay.

The sheet on the sofa bed was filthy. It was so gross. Some of the staff were great, others disappeared from the front desk and would not respond to the bell (I think she was outside smoking). The hotel smelled old. The keyvards only worked upside down. The breakfast was great, though.

Although I do want to clarify, that assumption is incorrect, our employee was responding to an issue at the pool when you approached front desk. We're sorry you had to wait for her to make her way around the building. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns.
