The hotel took reservations however upon arrival we found a sticky note stating they were closed for maintenance. When calling there was no answer or machine giving info.

We made the reservation 1 week in advance AND adjusted it THAT MORNING. Via the hotels app. No issues whatsoever. Got there to NO ONE there. No one answered the phone. The agent from Hotels. Com tried to tell me she spoke to them and they told her I'd cancelled it half hour before she called.... I literally called the hotel as I was on the phone with the agent and no one answered! The agent was rude, dismissive and very argumentative. I've been a member a long time and never experienced anything like this.!!

Budget room/charged double!

Got there and wanted to shower, the water came out brown. Tried to pull the little knob up for the outdated shower and it was stuck shut.(room 130) Couldn't shower till the next afternoon when they had us change rooms.. this room was ok, however the bathroom fan was on,running and loud and the switch didn't work! (Room 134) Worst of all, my booking was for 2 nites at $57 per nite plus tax at $127... I was charged $248 and the hotel says to call hotels.com for a refund! With no luck whatsoever, I'm overcharged $121 .. the hotel staff Karen was really nice and friendly, unfortunately can not help with the overcharge, even though the hotel overcharged me!!

Had to change rooms due to smoke alarm from heater. The second room was much cleaner.

They took dogs and charged $15. Our dog couldn’t have contributed to making it filthy.
