The OYO in Goodland no longer exists. It is now under new management and will be operating under a different name. Hopefully the new management plans to give it a thorough overhaul because the room we had was dirty and everything is very worn

We have stayed at this property before, about a year ago. I was surprised to see how the hotel has gone downhill. We had great memories there but will not return. The hotel's sauna, hot tub jets, movie theatre, and half the arcade games were out of service. The restaurant was closed as well. We were disappointed.

The property promises a cooked to order hot breakfast. I was given a granola bar and packet of apple sauce. The hotel also had a bunch of what looked like homeless people hanging around the back of the hotel, didn't feel great about leaving my car unattended.

Rooms are outdated. Also trash cans outside the building were to over flowing and no attempt was made to empty the trash receptacles. Junkyard more or less behind the hotel. Very run down and will not be staying here again

Good price but could use some work.

We had to figure out a way to get flow from the air conditioner into the room without keeping the curtain open and allowing those swimming to look into our room. It was clean enough but the hot water faucet leaks. It has leaked for quite a while based on the water stain in the sink. No vending machines. We arrived around seven and had to go elsewhere to get a bottle of water. The breakfast was better than most...eggs made to order with bacon and toast...although the poor girl working there was not very friendly.

Nice stay. Clean. Comfortable hot water. Cold AC. Great breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised.

Pool are was nice, lots to do for kids. Restaurant staff was friendly and food was good. Room was not the cleanest
