Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayDie gesamte Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und in schlechtem Zustand. Die Dusche funktionierte nicht, so dass wir nur die Badewanne nutzen konnten. Die Böden waren schmutzig, in der Küche klebt alles, Fenster und Außenbereich ungepflegt und schmutzig. Alles wirkte klamm. Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

Whilst every care is taken with cleaning and maintenance on the day of the change over we had a massive leek in the shower cubicle . We called out an emergency plumber who was unable to fix the problem so it was isolated. We gave a refund to the customer for the inconvenience.
Certain shoe types do tend to feel sticky on the laminate floor something that is beyond our control.
We can only apologise for the age of the property which is reflected in the photos on the VRBO site.
The outside space is wild in areas which is our intention but useable spaces are maintained.

What a find!
Publié le 2 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayDelightful, cosy chalet with fabulous views. Well equipped with everything you want or need for your stay. Including dvd films, books, games, blankets for seating outside in cooler months. We will definitely be coming back.

A quirky place to stay!
Publié le 20 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe views from the chalet are amazing. Goodwick has a nice, friendly pub although the walk back up the hill afterwards wasn't great. There are lots of walks nearby and the scenery is stunning.
The only reason we've marked it down is because the toilet brush (which we daren't use), the crockery and cutlery needed a good wash and there was clutter in a few places.
However, it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

Thank you for your review it helps us understand our shortfalls.
Our change over period can sometimes be very short and the change over manager can sometimes miss things .
We do check through the crockery and cutlery but ,sometimes,
can miss problems and rely on guests to make sure they replace them in a clean state ..
The chalet is quite small and we do have issues with storage. Trying to juggle space for guests and space for laundry/ throws etc , is a constant challenge.
The toilet brush has been consigned to the bin !!

Amazing view
Publié le 20 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat location, amazing view, everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including kitchen utensils, pots, crockery etc. Our only grumble would be the cleanliness of the property, we knew from previous reviews the fixtures and fixtures are dated, which was not a problem, but the place could do with a good clean. Perfect base for exploring Pembrokeshire and for the coastal path.

Lovely Spot
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayYou cannot miss the 'Pink Chalet'! Wonderful views and quiet location with good walking paths nearby. The chalet is definitely quirky retro, and has all kitchen equipment you will need. Maybe it was the time of year we were there as the weather was very mixed, but we did feel a little dampness in the chalet which resulted in us leaving a day early as it was raining again, but have messaged the owner about this directly.
