Perfect great cabin.

We liked the surrounding environment. We did not love the pool being closed at 5.30 on a 36 degree evening as we missed out on a cooling swim after dinner. Also the air con in our cabin is very inefficient

The cabin was clean however it does require updating, is very tired.

Very poorly equipped and located. Also it was very small.

Good morning JohnI'm so sorry that you didn't enjoy our park. I'm not quite sure what was poorly equipped. All our rooms have everything you require and our park is very large, with many drive through sites. We would love to have a chat to see where improvements can be made. Didn’t stay there as the person checking us in said we didn’t have a reservation. That despite he could see it on his computer. The man was the rudest person I have ever encountered. He should NEVER deal with the public.

Good morning KateWe were very surprised and saddened to hear that you haven't had a good experience in Goondiwindi. Saying this, I feel that you have confused the parks. We have ladies on the counter at our park. The two parks in Goondiwindi have similar in names, therefore, could you kindly double check it was our park located at 20 Hungerford Street.
