Hello Cynthia,
We have had hundreds of guests in the past 14 years, and we have never received a one-star review. We try to make each guest's stay exceptional, and work hard to earn good reviews and five-stars every time.
Since there is no explanation given in the review, we have to assume either that the one-star was done by mistake, or that you were extremely disappointed with your stay at the Carriage House. If the latter is true, could you please let us know specifically what issues you encountered that made it a negative stay, and how we can make it right for you?

Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe carriage house was so nice and comfortable. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Owner even provided free coffee coupons for their shop in town as well as delicious friendship bread. What a treat. Would definitely return if we are in the area again.

Sight and Sound Theatre
