Belle auberge. Nous n’avons croisé aucun employé. Tout est propre et fonctionnel avec de belles aires partagées. Notre déception était le grondement permanent dans la chambre 12 qui a nuit à notre sommeil.

I would have loved to stay longer and discover the area...such a beautiful peaceful place! The bed was very comfortable and I loved the old house charm! Thank you!!

Terrible stay (family of 4)

Terrible stay for our family of 4. The walls were paper thin, and the room down the hall from us had their bathroom across the hall... so, we heard constant footsteps and door slamming all night. The bunk beds were the cheap, wobbly metal kind with virtually no side protection... so, if you move around when sleeping there felt like a good chance to roll off - though, our teenage son braved it and slept on the top and said it was "ok", though it was quite close to the ceiling so he couldn't stretch upwards. The bathroom was tiny and didn't even have a shower liner that covered the whole shower opening (it was like the liner was cut in half), so the floor was just always wet and had to be covered all over with towels. Combine all this with the fact that it was $350 (over $400 with taxes, etc) and forget it. (I get the price was probably inflated due to the Sunapee Craft's Fair happening at the same time as our stay - but, just salt in the wound).

Rip off, but very cute.

It was cute. I liked how easy check-in was. They text you everything you need. I tip, seriously, but they have young and older people loudly clonking about early in the morning. Our check out time was 11am. At about 945 the kids assigned to the room actively were loud. Knocked loudly on my bathroom door an hour before checkout. They never cleaned the room once and I’m supposed to tip because I was there? You are there by yourself. You basically rent a room and leave. No one is there. Empty. No one to greet you. Pay, stay, leave. The amount of money you pay and no interaction? Honestly for the price they charge, they could have actually been there.

The only thing that I wish was different is having to go cups for coffee. I had planned on doing that since we had further to drive to our destination. I didn’t have time to sit and enjoy coffee in a real mug. 🙂

This was the first time in a location with no staff to interact with. The room was clean and the other quests at the location were very friendly. The bed in our room was to die for, so comfortable. It's like a B&B but it's just a B, your have to make your own breakfast.
