Overnight stay in Gosport.

Just a quick overnight stay as working in the area. Hotel was in a good location to the town so plenty of places to get a meal. The Hotel had a small amount of parking around the rear of the property. Hotel was secure and felt safe. The room's were very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with a great shower.

There was a fridge and a microwave in the room which is rare . Room was very clean indeed .

The stay was amazing and Bashar has excellent communication skills and was very helpful. I would recommend this place and stay again if in the area. The room and bed was comfortable and clean too and parking was free.

Dear Angela, you don’t get to make the choice of putting someone in a poxy, less than single bed room rather than the double they PAID FOR because you think they’re travelling alone (which was an innocent booking mistake!). Any deposit that is held for 7 days even though we only stayed one night is ridiculous. What are you holding a deposit for when the place looks like it does? The door of the room had 3 locks, not including the pass card entry, and only 1 worked - which was the chain. Curtains don’t close fully either side, annoying for ground floor rooms, and are very stiff.

It’s a 3 star stay but with 5 star cleanliness and service, lovely people and the room was big with a very clean comfortable bed, the decor was nice enough but a little rough around the edges, certainly why it’s a 3 star- fresh paint but not to the highest of standards, functional furniture but needs updating etc, I would stay there again.
