The property is undergoing renovations and the place is a mess. The gentleman at reception was rude and arrogant and disrespectful. It was close to the worst place I have ever stayed and I have stayed in a lot of places!

Room was clean but very small and set for only one guest - no spoons, one bowl, one coffee cup. Outside of building was like a work zone with lots of boxes and half finished projects. No clear instructions on use of door key fob. Whole building needs some TLC and this Is hindered by heritage listing. Convenience to station and shops and plenty of parking positives.

Was not happy with noisy young guests next door waking myself and my eldest up at 3am screaming all sorts of cuss words and continuing until the morning blind drunk. I could not get a hold of staff to help us and when I phoned in the morning, the manager told us he would chase compensation further as I felt I wasted money. I am a single mother trying to move from Queensland to Melbourne and was exhausted from the drive, only to end up just as tired the next day! I heard nothing back and am really disappointed, more so the fact that these kids got off scott free, I feel they should have had to contribute to part of my hotel fee, even $50 for running my stay and waking my son who was so sick that he was the reason we were staying in Albury all together as he needed the afterhours doctor clinic there. I am very disappointed in the service recieved regarding this issue, very much felt like they did not care, they got thier money and I got no sleep.
Otherwise I would have been happy to stay again, clean room, good location and the lady at the desk is lovely.

Nice lit up at night from front but that's it. The place needs a wrecking ball. Unsafe all around and not clean and tidy.
Room had pizza boxes left with very dried pizza in.coffee and 1 sugar spread across top of microwave. Nothing looked clean. I used disinfectant wipes to clean toilet and shower base so was usable as no other rooms available. I had to walk outside through car park to back of building to get to room. People one side cooking smelly food and noisy people other side yelling and swearing at 2.00am other side. Overall disgusting place.
DO NOT STAY HERE!
Expedia, if you read this, I strongly suggest you remove them from your books. They are giving YOU a bad reputation.

Absolutely appalling. The room was filthy. Renovations to the room only half done. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ok for a quick overnight stay. Very very basic motel. Wouldn’t want to be staying for a longer time. Needs upgrading.
