Fabulous location, the room was clean and neat. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

It is the second time in two weeks that I have not had someone clean the apartment during my stay. Last time I complained twice about the range hood not working and had to leave the food open for ventilation during a freezing winter night. I also asked for the room to be cleaned during the last stay and twice for the range hood to be fixed but this was not done and no one ever got back to me as to why . So 3 times room was not cleaned

Really good except we asked twice for the range hood to be fixed and the room service, which never happened so we had to cook with the door open in freezing cold weather. Not happy.
