Terrible stay at Goy Gol Lake Resort

Beautiful but overcrowded

Tasty food in restaurant.
Friendly and very polite stuff
Note that the hotel has multiple buildings, and the title picture represent the most expensive one.
No AC in the rooms.
The resort is overcrowded (with 100s of visitors who is not living in the hotel).

It shouldn't be called a resort to begin with, rude and disrespectful staff, NO ONE speaks even basic English

The staff at the reception is the worst for international tourists, they don't speak english and would treat in a very disrespectful ways as if they're doing you a favor by letting you stay. I spent 2 hours trying to get them to understand that I made my booking via Expedia, and they were refusing to help me in the beginning claiming that I don't have any reservations on they system. The cottage bathroom ceiling pipes broke in the middle of the night and it was literally raining inside the bathroom. There's no room service, overall a very bad experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone :)

Обслуживания ужасная , номер вообще не соответствует на то что пишет, не работал телевизор, фен . Интернет вообще нету . Пытались взять лишние деньги. Одним слово Отель на 3 звёзд максимум

Very beautiful and comfortable place to live. Goygol lake view restaurent is wonderful place
