Paxton not so luxury apartments
Publié le 28 févr. 2024 sur HotelsFor the price paid for a “luxury” establishment extremely dissatisfied! NO AIRCON OR FAN 32degree days, oh its a new place was the response…huh😡 I booked into the wrong Paxton the actual hotel is R700 per night cheaper in a better area with AIRCON!!

Staff were extremely friendly. Excellent location. Views are lovely. Drain in the shower was extremely smelly and most unpleasant. Found cockroaches in two of the rooms, floors were not cleaned, there were bits of chips next to the couch and even after cleaning the room the next day the chips were still on the floor, floors were dirty as though it was not swept or cleaned. No full lenght mirror or tissue box in rooms, safes were not working in all three of my booked rooms. Upon returning to the apartments you needed to get out of your vehicle to look for the security guard so that he can open the gate for you.

Best stay ever!

It was OK, I just got rooms that I was not happy with because I saw something else when beeking but it's not what I booked and they tried to help with thee room that I wanted but it was at extra cost
