unmotivated receptionist, downlifting "Welcoming"
Posted Jun. 28, 2024 on HotelsOverall nice. Just that receptionists stinky attitude up on arrival. We approach the reception with a lot of luggage and al she brought over her lips: How can I help you? What a miserable welcoming, then giving us the wrong room category, luckily I have done her job and double checked my booking. Its just so frustrating. Everything is there in South Africa, but nothing really works..
Other than that they stay was fair and enjoyable.
