The staff were amazing. Courteous and friendly and excellent service. The hotel needs a bit of refreshing but the excellent service overcomes this. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and had great nights sleep too.

Hotel I found rundown, aircon didn’t work, had to change room. Bad smell from the golf course next door and copious amounts of Mosquitoes and flies😐

Great getaway

Great stay on New Year's eve. But restaurant service was VERY slow. Staff are very friendly and congenial.

I was disgusted by the state of the hotel. Worn out carpets, 4th floor smelt of cigarette smoke and a lift looking rather shabby. Only when I went to change the room did I see a small notice to the effect that the hotel was getting a make over. Personally I do not think this hotel should be listed on your site until it is up to standard. It wasn't even cheap. Arlene Jacobs
