The beds were clean, though not the most comfortable. Lots of crickets getting in the rooms chirping loudly keeping us awake most of the night.

I am sorry your stay with us was not better. I apologize for the crickets. They are bad in this area right now. We do have our exterminator company putting out repellent. If the amount of dead crickets is any indication it does seem to work, there is just an abundance of them.

Disappointed

It was ok. I was assigbed a room on 2 different occasions and found the rooms to stull be dirty and or not ready. 3rd room was almost completed. I found dead crickets sitting right next to the bathroom trashcan. Bathroom door would not secure properly. Also, the room had a smell.to it that I could not recognize. My family was in town for a funeral and we rented about 7 rooms and everyone seemed to have the same issues of rooms not properly cleaned. My cousin reported thatbhis toilet was clogged and the front desk staff proceeded to hand him a plunger to unclog it. I have had better experiences at Best Western.

A one-night stay to break up a long road trip. Clean and comfortable room. Nice pool. Good breakfast.

The pool is tiny and basically a waving pool it's all 3 ft deep, which I was not able to tell by the photo on their on their website. Their breakfast was not much different than a continental breakfast... They have some low quality reconstituted eggs and salty sausage available which is not usually in a continental breakfast. It was not worth $150 a night I ended up paying. It just an average hotel.

Elizabeth, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you did not like the eggs and the sausage was too salty. We have a full continental breakfast which does include an egg and meat. We have a brand standard for Best Western that we follow and only order the approved items according to the brand. I am sorry we were only average. We do aspire to leave a positive impact on our guests and I am sorry we failed to do so for you. We hope you will give us another chance if you're in the area.
