The breakfast was barely semi warm. Not enough milk available. Would prefer more juice choices such as cranberry.

Kathy, I am sorry breakfast was lacking. I will speak with the person whom handled preparing it to be sure plenty milk is available and the temps are set right so that the food doesn't cool down. As for the options of juice. We have a small juice machine and unfortunately cranberry does not seem to be a popular choice with our clientele. I do hope you will choose to stay with us again though so we might have the opportunity to show you an superior stay.

There were bed bugs in my room 323.
And I had to change in the middle of the night.
They did help me and gave me another room.
Also, I requested to wash my clothes and they did laundry right away.

Keval, I am so sorry that the room you were in first had bed bugs. This room has been treated and then deep cleaned and inspected. In fact it only recently has gone back in service. With no issues. We do appreciate your understanding about situations like that. Unfortunately we had no other complaints in there so were unaware and able to stop it before it effected you. We hope this wont keep you from staying with us again if your in the area. Again I am sorry and thankful that you were understanding.

Bed was not as comfortable as I hoped it would be. Overall, good hotel for the price. I would stay there again.
