- Misuse of Hot Tub: A $300 fee will be charged for any misuse of the hot tub.

-We have a pet fee of $19 per pet. Guests bringing more than one pet must receive special approval from owner and pay additional $19 per pet fee. (per night)

-When available, an approved early check-in or late check-out will cost $29. (per hour)

-An unauthorized party/event will result in a discretionary charge of $250 in addition to all additional costs of cleaning and repairing damages.

-The presence of residual smell from any kind of smoking (e.g., cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) will result in a $250 charge plus any additional costs of cleaning and/or damage repair.

-Excessive noise during quite hours will result in discretionary charge of $100 in addition to any an all costs incurred by the disruption caused to guests in other units.

-Guests agree to pay any and all costs associated with cleaning and/or repairing hot tub caused by improper use. This includes remediations caused by the presence of mud/dirt, food, drinks, trash, and vomit in the hot tub.

More than one bath towel per guest More than one kitchen towel Directions on how to open the daybed Sheets for day bed. Great Getaway Place
We loved the place, only thing is upstairs shower was not the greatest, ended up using the downstairs shower. Not the best if you are tall. But otherwise loved the place, great location. Especially loved the front porch and rocking chairs.

We stayed in this lovely home (along with our small dog) when taking my daughter to tour colleges. Conveniently located and lovingly restored. Very comfortable! My dog enjoyed sniffing in the large yard and we humans loved the hot tub!

We all enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and there was dining space for all in our family. The outdoor space (including fenced-in yard) was very nice. The location was great - it was an easy walk to downtown Graham. The home was nicely decorated - it felt like home!

Great Property & Location
Me and 2 co-workers came into town for a work trip and this house and the location was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, down to some nice early morning grab n' go snacks. All of the beds we very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We really enjoyed the selection of games to help us wind down after working all day. The only thing that was a little annoying was the smell of animals when entering the house and when the heater kicked on. I know that the owners allow pets but it was quite noticeable. Over all, a great experience and we would stay here again if ever in the area!

Boho chic decor in a lovely historic home
Our party of five was in town for three nights to attend an Elon University event. The house is accurately described; in fact, the photos don't do it justice. It is a clean, tastefully decorated, charming property and made our weekend very enjoyable. The hosts have thought of everything and every bed is uber comfy. The house is in a typical "in-town" area where some streets have grand historic homes and others have substandard housing. But we NEVER felt unsafe and we would definitely stay in this lovely home again!

I traveled to Graham for a Floral Design Seminar and our stay was perfect. I really relaxed after my daily courses. The hot tub was a bonus. I’m looking forward to returning for the fall program and staying at this property.

Perfect home away from home
The house was lovely with plenty of space for our family. Had a huge backyard for our dogs to enjoy and a nice firepit for us to enjoy.. the location was great for us, close to family. Was furnished with just about everything we needed. The only complaint is the bedrooms dont have TVs in them. Overall we loved our stay and plan to stay again when we come to visit our family.

Super great house!
This house is super cute and cozy! There is lots of room for sleeping and hanging out. The fenced back yard is huge and has a nice fire pit. There is GREAT wifi, and there are lots of games and books for fun and relaxation. It is also very close to downtown Graham and Burlington, which are both super quaint. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!!

What a lovely house with such a cozy vibe and so very well equipped. Every area of the house had amazing size bedrooms, clean setting and everything you could possibly need. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly with any questions. When you get a chance to visit the area, we highly recommend staying in this house with your friends and family to experience a great vacation together.

Perfect for family reunion
Family from Tennessee, Maryland, Florida converged in this terrific little house SO comfortably. Backyard great for pictures of us all togethr, dining room plenty big for meals and playing cards, 4big beds and big pullout couch all the comfort we needed, driveway accomodated our cars no problem, and SO much character in every room. Nice touches around every corner. Highly recommend!
