Publié le 2 août 2023 sur HomeAwayNous avons eu un hébergement spacieux et confortable. Petit inconvénient les poutres linteau en bois avaient une forte odeur de créosote. Mais pour le reste c’est magnifique, surtout le petit chemin de la cabane et la chute.

The location is beautiful and quiet, and the owner is a kind man. The cottage is so quaint and adorable. We explored the woods behind the house--highly recommend! The horses were so friendly and playful. Thank you, Victor!!

Charming and helpful hosts who assisted us with transportation and even a tour of the town when our rental car got damaged! The beautiful barn and property were quintessential Irish to complete the experience! Memorable!

Charming barn conversion in beautiful country side

That being said, it is an old barn, so you do share your space with some spiders (my girls ended up naming them all), but it is well worth it. We had plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen provided everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfy. We really enjoyed the walking trails on Victor's property, and Victor was a great host. He even spent part of his morning building fairy doors with my kids to add to some of the trees. We really enjoyed the nearby town -- the coffee/flower shop was great for fresh scones and the woolen mill was excellent. Definitely a high point of our visit to Ireland!
