Good location specialy for surfers but: the walls are very badly insonnorised and are vibrating each time somebody open or close their door , the looking like doors of toilets are to tight to their support and creak like hell! they just need a planing between the "door"and the door jamb. not costly to do and will improve the confort a lot ! Somme buffers under the chairs will be nice also
Last thing the join of the shower cubicle is black of mildew!!!MUST be replace it's unhealthy
