Amazing property and location
Posted Apr. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayThis is a fantastic villa with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The outside area is also amazing for sunbathing, swimming, eating, drinking and relaxing! The owner is wonderful too and was there to greet us on arrival and to say goodbye and check all had been ok when we left. First class!

Fantastic property
Posted Apr. 1, 2024 on HomeAwayGerard's villa is even better than it looks in the pictures - maintained to a really high standard and beautifully furnished. The location is great too, right on the south coast of the island, very close to a lovely beach and only a few minutes' drive from Puerto de Mogan. Gerard was very helpful and responsive and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Lovely villa

Host easy to communicate with
Only negative was no welcome pack , we arrived late and didn’t even have a bottle of water
Would definitely recommend this villa especially to those who like golf!

However, I am sorry for this lack of attention.
Indeed, as you know, I was traveling and I asked Rachy to welcome our vacationers. Unfortunately HE FORGOT.
Believe me, I am absolutely sorry and I will not fail in the future, during my absence, to ensure that the little welcome "pot" is actually available when vacationers arrive.

An idyllic vacation !
Posted Mar. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayThis location could not have been better for our month long stay! Private but centrally located to meet all of our needs. We had a car and it would be a “must” if staying here for any period of time. The villa contained all amenities- 2 BBQ’s, a lovely pool, sunny garden areas and shaded outdoor areas! Spacious, clean and an exceptional host who promptly and happily responded to our very few needs. Would definitely recommend this stay!!! Thank you Gerard!!!

Great break away
Posted Sep. 22, 2022 on HomeAwayGerard, the Owner, was very accommodating with various date changes we had to make due to COVID restrictions. We had originally booked for 2020, 3 changes later and we arrived September 2022. The property had everything we needed. The outside space was amazing and we spent most of our time there. The neighbourhood was quiet and the onsite facilities offered everything we needed for a short break. 6 50+ ladies and we had a great time. We are now looking at dates for next year, to make it an annual event. Definitely recommend.

Paradise

So much space, although with the wonderful weather and beautiful outside space, we never even sat in the sitting room or ate inside!
Really large bedrooms. The extra toilet in the main building is a bonus.
Enough loungers & space outside for all 6 of us.
Pool a perfect temperature.
20 minutes walk to the beach where there is a great bar - we didn’t go in the evening, I think it would be a difficult walk in the dark.
Very well stocked Spar a few minutes from the villa.
The on-site Tauro grill was great, we ate there 3 times, really fun live music on the Friday night.
Very cheap taxis (we got them to pick us up from the Spar) - €3.80 for a six seater to Puerto Rico, but we had such a relaxing time by the pool we didn’t go out much at all.
Gérard was a total gentleman and wonderful host.
Absolutely recommended.

Very nice house, location and tenant
Posted Nov. 18, 2021 on HomeAwayWe had an excellent stay in this house. Garden, pool, kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Very calm and safe area and we hardly noticed our neighbors.
The location is great with a restaurant and supermarket nearby. The beach is about 15-20 minutes walking and there are more restaurants there. With car it’s just 5 minutes to Puerto Rico with shopping, restaurants and more beach and sea.
Gérard is a great and caring host and one of us received a nice birthday welcoming in addition to the extensive information package with tips and recommendations.
We will definitely consider staying here again!
