Muggy/moldy smell
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was muggy & smelled of mold. Tile floors were slippery, we wiped the entire floor down with dry towels. Have to have a box fan from the attendant to sleep comfortable due to mugginess of our room. Breskfast was minimal but okay. Only great thing about the hotel is the friendly & accomodating staff

Staff were friendly, but the room felt like it was poorly constructed. There was a crack down the wall above the bed, the floor in the bathroom felt as if you might step through it.

AC unit was not working properly, room was uncomfortable and floor was wet around it.
Shower fixtures were loose.
Toilet seat was loose.
Outlet came completely out of the wall.
Room lighting was very poor.
Our hallway was extremely hot.
