The mattress needed to be replaced. They did not have daily maid service

Most important thing it was clean. The room was actually pretty large. It's a little older building. But like I said it's clean. And it appears it's been updated within the last few years

I rented 3 rooms for my guest we had to leave at 11 because of bed bugs and roaches. We went to the front lobby and they would not give us our money back. One room none of the electrical plugs work in the room.
