Avis Spacious Cottage on Lake Granbury

This property never responded to me after I made my payment and I could not enter the property

It was a great experience from the start of great communication with Ms. Bella. She always responded in a tiller manner. The house was amazing and my family loved the special gift that was left for us she really made it feel like home. We would definitely stay again. The only thing we didn’t have control over where the spiky sticker burrs but other than that it was an awesome stay!! 🙂

Super cute and spacious! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, spices, etc. fridge had filtered water, condiments and a few other goodies! The house was just a short walk to lake access where we were able to swim! Bella was an amazing host. She would send an email to check in through out the weekend to ensure we didn’t need anything that wasn’t already provided!

i don’t even know where to begin! i was booking a little last minute for the fourth of july holiday and i was a little worried i wouldn’t find anything in time but i’m so happy i found this property! it’s a cute perfect little place and super easy to find. it had a fire pit, grill, a bunch of pots and pans, seasonings, plates, and more! i brought a lot of things just in case but i didn’t even need a third of what i brought. it was very clean and organized and within a couple hours it felt like a new home haha! i loved the design and although it may seem a bit small from the outside it was extremely spacious! i never had to squeeze through anyone or move things around to go passed. don’t even get me started on the lake! it really was only a few minutes to walk down to the lake and relax! i’m not a huge lake fan at all but it was a very clean area and neighborhood plus the water wasn’t full of trash or extremely gross and slimy, so it didn’t feel like a lake at all haha! i could see all the fireworks from the lake show and the stars were so beautiful! and at the end of the day i could just sit back by the back door and play some games the home provided, we even spotted a deer in the backyard mid game! overall great house, great price, and i will definitely come back! :))

The house was just as pictured. Just a short walk to the lake, in a quiet neighborhood. Every evening we had deer right at the back door. This home has everything you need outside of your personal items. I will definitely rent from this super nice host again!

Nice little getaway We stayed at the house it was very spacious and accommodating. Nice peaceful and clean. Host was available for contact as needed. Lake access at the end of the street and even bigger lake access a mile and a half down the road.
