Granby condo

Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwaySuch a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. Very comfy and welcoming. Everything was located close by and very convenient.
The house was very clean, access to a washer and dryer was nice!
The view was beautiful!
We enjoyed every second of our stay.

Relaxing stay
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is in a great location and great for families or multiple adults. There is plenty of space and it is an easy drive to Winter Park or other areas to hike. The only minor downside is it would get a bit warm in the afternoons (85° inside at one point) and the small fans and open windows can’t cool it down until midnight or so. Would definitely stay again!

Thanks Olivia for your FOUR STAR review. The units in our building don’t have air conditioning as there are very few days that it gets hot. Mountain air is usually cool with low humidity. Thank you for staying!

Quiet area in the middle of the moutains
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was just the right amount of space for our family trip to visit the Rocky Mountains. We are from Texas and are used to having fans and AC so it was an adjustment to this climate. The space was a bit warm for us during the day, but opening all the windows helped to cool the space down and there were small fans to use to pull the cool air in as we slept which was awesome. The owner responded within 24 hours when we had an issue with the tub not draining very fast in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Great place!
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayTwo miles from base camp at Granby Ranch. The only surprise was having to empty trash in dumpsters, run dishwasher, and wash/dry sheets and towels. Plus we had to unload dishwasher and fold towels from previous stay.

To clarify - we have a cleaning service, we only ask that you remove your trash at the end of your stay (ever VRBO I’ve stayed in has requested this so I think it’s customary) and as for the towels, our exact words are “IF you have time and IF it is convenient, please run a load of towels” we never asked to you wash your sheets, the maid service does that. It’s possible the maid service forgot to remove clean towels from the dryer and forgot to remove clean dishes in the dishwasher and if so, I apologize. Thank you for staying in our place!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

It was also great to use the pool for the team to come and swim together and have some fun. The owners were great to communicate with and they were very helpful and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again! The unit is nice and big with lots of room for everyone and it has everything you need. We were very impressed.

Nice place but misleading pictures
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property itself was well kept and had good kitchen supplies, adequate bedding, and great location for activities in Grandby and surrounding areas. We were pleased with the actual condo. One of the reasons we chose this location was because of the pictures of the pool and hot tub / clubhouse made it appear that those amenities were included in the property fees. Both were located across the street and required a $10 adult and $5 child daily entrance fee. I may be incorrect, but it appeared the pool was owned by a completely different entity which makes me question the advertising of the actual property.

Regarding your comment about the pool and hot tubs: it was clearly stated THREE TIMES— twice in the description plus it was a caption under one of the pool photos in our VRBO listing that the pool is $5 for kids and $10 adults for an all-day pass and is located at the lodge across the street. You are the only person to comment that you weren’t aware of this.

Clean and Spacious
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice stay for our family as we wanted to stay somewhere close to national park and Winter Park. 3 story climb was challenging for my parents. Kids enjoyed the activities in the room. We were not told about the parking lot being resurfaced.
