Beautiful view
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall this is a great place to stay. Large deck to enjoy the view, spacious kitchen to prepare meals, and a lot of space indoors. It would be nice if fans were provided. During our visit it was very hot and upstairs bedrooms did not cool down. We purchased a couple box fans which helped. We were driving so we could take them home. Oddly the toilet paper was scarce. There are 4 bathrooms and some of them didn’t have full rolls and no extra.
Would I stay here again? Yes.

Stay at Granby Ranch
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayLarge spacious house with beautiful view - esp from outdoor deck! Only 5 private bedrooms, but a sleeper sofa in basement rec area. Mattress on sleeper sofa leaves a lot to be desired. Great kitchen and large dining area - well stocked with condiments and spices! Lots of towels and blankets as well as a nice laundry room. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 kids. The only downside was $10 pp for the pool, $15 to hike the ski hill, and $20 to ride the chairlift.

Great family trip
Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was perfect for our family. One last ski Hoorah for the season, we got to meet up with family at this location and we all had a great time. Perfect for jumping on and off the slopes with the kids. The rooms were spacious and fit our whole family. Bathrooms were clean! Truly enjoyed this place and we always enjoy Grandby Ranch.
The only downside we had here was that the downstairs TV wasn’t working, And the hot tub was not maintained. The hot tub wouldn’t get warm, the water level was low and very green. These are 1st world problems I realize and definitely not deal breakers for us, but kinda stinks we didn’t get to utilize the hot tub like we would have hoped.

I'm happy you had a nice overall stay but I'm truly sorry for these inconveniences. It looks like the streaming stick had been unplugged on the downstairs TV, but the TV is working again. I discussed the hot tub with our hot tub service and they said the water spout outside of our house had frozen so they weren't able to finish filling the hot tub. I discussed with them how they can get to a different spout in the event that this happens. I truly apologize that the hot tub wasn't available to you.

Beautiful home!

The location to the slope was a short walk. We had a few questions while staying and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Easy and Enjoyable

I couldn't have asked for more convenient access to the ski slopes. The hosts were always pleasant and responsive in communication. We would gladly book the house again if it's available the next time we visit Granby Ranch.

Great location, great property!

We love this home and would stay here again and again. Had a question while we were there and they responded quickly and we had what we needed. Can't wait to stay here again.

Wonderful House
Publié le 1 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe owners were very easy to communicate with. William responded to all of our questions immediately, and in the positive every time. We had a beautiful stay. During our family reunion we had ~25 people in the house at a time on occasion and there was plenty of room. The game room is a huge plus. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy a mountain retreat.
