Great stay in Granby!
Posted Sep. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayThis house was perfect for accomadating our golf trip. There were a handful of courses within close driving distance to the house, along with grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
The house was clean and was exactly as described. There was plenty of space for our group. We would stay here again!

Aspen color weekend

They have all the kitchen items you might need in addition to spices and condiments which was a wonderful perk that helped me a lot! Beds were comfy with thick, soft covers and pillows. Hot water kicked in quickly. Would not ask to change a thing.

golf vacation
Posted Aug. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property met all expectations. This trip was the 31st annual golf trip with friends. The property was within 10 minutes of the three golf courses we played. The property manager/owner (?) were very accessible and Evolve did an excellent job of communicating. Everything went smoothly and hassle free.

Great house, great location.
Posted Jul. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayHouse has great layout for multiple families with children. Location is great, only a 30 second drive to the base of Granby Ranch. Only issue was waste-high weeds and grass growing on the path to the front door that we had to walk through. For the price, you'd expect that would not be an issue. Other than that it was great.

Perfect Location & Great Home

It was midway between the two places we snowmobiled and close enough to a small ski resort that we were able to fit in a day of skiing on our day off from snowmobiling. The home was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with just about every tool you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again should we be in the area and in need of this much space.

Great Place to stay
Posted Aug. 13, 2023 on HomeAwayThe view from the back deck is awesome and we enjoyed lots of time out there. Although the kitchen was small, it was the best stocked kitchen of all the places we have rented over the years. I highly recommend this home.

Great for Extended Family Vacation
Posted Aug. 3, 2023 on HomeAwayThis property was excellent for our extended family, plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and spread out to do their own thing. Close to trails, the market, Granby and Grand Lake, and in the winter would be fantastic for a ski trip with kids.
