Not Exactly as Advertised
Publié le 23 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe host sent info about the upcoming stay but falsely stated there was a restaurant available on the property. Actually the space where the restaurant used to be was vacant. This was a little disappointing. The room was clean and well stocked however the unit needs some updating. The bottom of the bathroom door was damaged and in need of repair. On the positive side, the pools were nice and the bed was comfortable.

I sure wish you would have sent photos of the door or even mentioned it during your 1 night stay or messaged me. I know nothing about door damage nor does housekeeping . The restaurant owners moved out this fall, as our HOA did not continue their lease. Sorry I forgot to update it in my description. However, we have DOZENS of restaurants with in 2 miles, grocery store and McDonalds across the street and a mini mart on premises with vending machines throughout the complex. My place was upgraded in 2015 as provide pics reflect. It is exactly as shown in the pics. You paid a nightly rate of $49 and act like you rented the Ritz!

One night lodging.
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe needed one night lodging en route to RMNP and this location was very convenient. Hotel size room sufficient for two adults. King size bed was very comfortable and toiletries teas coffee were available.
A patio door allows direct access to outdoor setting area overlooking small water feature with fountain. Check in main lobby at center of the large complex on north side of building …we drove all the way around the parking lot before locating front desk to check in.

We did not have heat and the USB charger did not work-much smaller than expected l/hard for two people to even move around

Perfect getaway for a party of 2!
