Great Ski Condo
This was a family trip including me, my son, his two daughters (ages 2 & 4), and my grandsons who are 17 and 21. The location was great for skiing. Distance to washer/dryer, and complex amenities not ideal. Recommend adding some kid friendly touches (books, toys, games). Overall, , a great place to stay books, gtoys.

Family Christmas at Ski Granby
Had a great stay at this condo! Location was great and the condo was perfect for our family. We cooked two big dinners in the condo and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Skiing was super convenient with a lift about 100 yards from the front door. Also enjoyed a very nice meal at the ski base lodge (Bluebird Bistro). Condo was very clean with plenty of room. Great stay-would come back again!

Nice Family Friendly Mountain
Great Mountain for beginner skiers and families. More walk-in/walk-out for skiing. You have to walk across the parking lot and road to get to the ski lift. Had age ranges from 7 to 71 and the mountain was great. We drove to the resort base instead of using the lift near by. The condo was great and grocery store was near by. Easy check in and check out.

Nice property. Good location. The only bad thing was there were no trash bags left for us to use during our 3 day stay. I emailed the property management company asking about this and got no response. Also, whoever cleans your condo needs to do the fans in the rooms. They each had a huge layer of dust on them, but other than that - very nice.

Annual get together
This condo was perfect for our reunion. Despite it being a condo, the space was perfect. The base floor was an open concept, allowing for great conversion from kitchen to sitting room. A few of the dishes were dirty but that was probably the precious renters. Otherwise the kitchen had all the basics. If you need special spices or cooking oils, bring them. The bathroom facilities had plush towels and wash rags. We were missing body soap and I would have wished for more shampoo/conditioner due to our length of stay. The location looked awesome but I cannot remark about taking full advantage. We spent most our time at the lake which was a quick drive. Great food options in Granby too. I’ve golfed the course literally minutes from the condo, if time would have allotted we were have spent some time there as it is a challenging and beautiful course! Great stay overall.

Great Stay!
We really loved staying here. It was big enough for our whole family of 10. The condo was very clean and they supply you with all the kitchen utensils you need. You really don’t have to bring anything. They even supply you with some food in the fridge and condiments. The upstairs bathroom was really nice and big. There was an extra pull out bed in the living room for somebody else to sleep. There wasn’t any loud noises around the condo. We also had somebody check in to make sure everything was alright when the water alarm came on so the tub doesn’t overflow. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you for letting us stay there!

Nice VRBO
The owner (Debby) was very nice, accommodating and responsive! I enjoyed working with her. The condo was clean and stocked very well (had various items in the kitchen, bathroom, games to play, etc). Our bed was super comfortable. This condo was just the perfect size for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. We had a lot of fun during our stay! The downfalls: very long distance (up and down stairs) from the parking lot to the room. Being that we have 2 small kids and made some meals there, it was quite a trek and took numerous trips with the food and all the stuff we needed. There is not an option for late checkout. Checkout is 10:00 a.m. (which I must have missed until after booking) due to their cleaning crew which made for an early and stressful morning. I have never been at a place where the cleaning crew started so early and was unable to work around the customer. Overall good experience and a nice condo!

Great Stay Overall
Property was nice, lots of games and very clean. If I had one suggestion it would be more towels. Granby is in a great location with access to Rocky Mountain National Park, The lakes, Winter park etc. We had a great time!

Nice and comfortable but not completely as expected
The condo was comfortable and fully stocked. The pool, hot tub and game room were a good 5 minute drive away and we were refused entry. This was somewhat addressed the next day by condo management however I would not feel confident in pool access in the future. The condo provided internet went down after day; however the general resort WiFi was accessible (but slow). The condo does have many stairs required to access it and the ski in/ out is a bit of a hike. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend Granby Ranch.

Very comfy and homey place!
Overall, it exceeded our expectations. It was very roomy and private for our two families. The location is perfect for a get away in the mountains! One thing they don't mention in the description however, is that the pools/jacuzzis are not in the same location as the condo. You will need to drive about a mile or so, to the hotel nearby to have access to them. Another thing, the towels at the condo seemed a bit dirty. Other than that we had a great stay, thank you!

The stay was great except I called my contact because I was having trouble opening the lock box to get the key to the unit out. I called three times on the day I arrived. Luckily after trying repeatedly I got it opened because I did not receive a call back until the day after I left three messages.

5 adults and 2 children we had more than enough space and privacy.
I thoroughly enjoyed this property very nice place. No major issues just fun in the sun and the grandkids love swimming pool and playground. Lots of outdoor activities in the surrounding areas. I have personal Mobility problems due to a disability and I don't recommend this one for someone who has trouble walking you have to go down 8 steps and then up 15 and down a long haul to get into this place so it's an over the river and through the woods kind of place.

Eight of us -- three adults and five kids ranging in age from 7 to 15 -- comfortably fit in this nice condo. Check in was super easy, and the location couldn't be better. We would definitely stay here again!

Granby Greatness
My family really enjoyed their stay st this location. Close proximity to many outdoor activities, and a cozy, comfortable condo to come home to at night makes this a great spot for any family's Rocky Mountain adventure! The owner is very cool, and was happy to accommodate when I special requested a service.
