Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGetting in was a mess, we had the room code but not the garage/main door code. Would have helped to have better directions on how to get in. Shower pressure was strong but shower heads in both bathrooms were messed up. Bathroom lighting wasn’t good. So many light switches it was a guessing game of what went to where. Need a blind or something on the front doors. Bed slats were broken on one of the twin beds. Not having an air conditioner sucks and some of the fans provided were broken. Have to pay a fee per day to use the pool is ridiculous! Oh and I was expecting more when it said “Mountain View”

Diamond in the rough
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was beautiful, clean, large and quality, even for our family of five! All three kids shared a bedroom and it worked out so well, surprisingly. A 15 year old, six and three year old sharing, blew my mind. The only issues were that we could not get into the building upon arrival, the code was not sent to us! Luckily, other tenants let us in and we had the code for our door so that was a catastrophe averted. It could have been MUCH worse though. Also, we had no info sent to us on the care of the unit while we were staying there and no info on what to do upon check-out. Absolutely no contact with the owner was able to be obtained, which was extremely frustrating. We loved the area, activities and view, though, so we were not that upset about it.

Would not stay again

We arrived later with two very tired kids and had to call the property manager to obtain the codes. Floors were very unclean with Stains everywhere. Beds were not comfortable. Would not stay again

Great location kitchen not so good
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe overall stay was great. Location is fantastic as far as getting to and from the lift. Easy parking, heated garage is great. House was clean, furniture was good, pillows are terrible and the pots, pans, and kitchen utensils were horrendous! The pots had no lids, the skillets were worn out, scratched, warped and looked like they were removed from the trash. There were no cooking utensils except 1 worn out spatula and 2 broken wooden spoons. This was a bad situation for us because we rented so we could cook our own meals. We ended up buying the utensils etc we needed and bringing them back home with us. We borrowed 2 pots from a neighboring condo so we could cook supper. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the place does need some help.

COULD NOT BE BETTER FOR YOUNG FAMILY LEARNING SKI
Publié le 14 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe could not be happier with this hidden little gem. The fact my kids could learn to ski basically right outside our door could not be beat. What could have been a hectic scenario, turned out to be one of the best family vacations we have had. The lobby made it easy to meet up with other families we went with and the lockers made it nice to not have to drag all our ski stuff to our unit. The restaurant on the grounds was delish. We already booked the same unit for next year. It was clean, cozy and super convenient to the lifts and other buildings.

Overall Nice stay
Publié le 10 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayHome appeared clean at first glance but really could use a super deep clean (fans, cabinets, carpets). Updated patio pictures would also be helpful as the view is mostly gone now with the addition of some new condos directly in front of this unit. The pool and hot tub is an additional charge per day to use those facilities. Overall the house had everything you would need for a stay and we got the condo for a bargain so I could look past some of the cleaning items that needed to be taken care of.
