These guests were from France and the wife had a hard time going through the Expedia Guest Review menu in a foreign language. I was told that this is their first time in New England and they couldn't believe how spread out everything is. And that everything is so green as they are having a drought back home.
While visiting the local merchants from the goat cheese farm, the vegetable stands and some of the local artists they have self serve set-ups and you are on the honor system to pay for what you take.
There are many things to do in Granby from the 4000+ acres of nature preserve, the rails to trail that is 50+ miles long. There is even a bike borrowing shop to ride the trails. From antiques to local craft shops there is plenty to see indoors also.

It's a great review, but not very wordy. There are many great restaurants in town, fanatic walking and bike trails along with many antique shops. Thank you.

Having breakfast made for me every morning was wonderful. The dining room was set with beautiful dishes. I enjoyed the company of two other quest, as well as the owners. My room was very spacious and comfortable.
The town was quaint and very peaceful. I would definitely recommend visiting.

Kim and I have made our B&B a place that we'd like to visit ourselves. With friendly conversation and home-cooked breakfasts, we let the guests have as much conversation as they'd like. I have more than enough stories to fill the air while the guests are enjoying their breakfast. Granby and the surrounding towns have far more than enough to keep guests busy. Also, there are so many shops or museums to see guests could be here more than a week and not see them all.

Lovely property in quiet town, with quick access to Bradley. Complete breakfast, hosts are friendly and accommodating. Way better than the big hotels. There were options for dining out but my stay was a quick overnight.

Thank you for your kind review. Kim and I try to make our B&B a place where we'd like to stay. I'm thankful to my Mom who taught all six of your children how to cook as we grew up. There is so much to do and see around the area that guests are surprised when we tell them what is available to visit and they would have liked to have stayed here more days to gather it all in. We have more good to great restaurants in Granby that our population can support. It's become a destination place to come for good food. Our local ice cream shop was also voted New England's best ice cream shop a short while back. I can attest to that, it's mighty good.

We received a 4 out of 5 review from this guest, however, there were no comments so that we know where to improve.

Thank you for your kind review. Kim and I have made our B&B a place that we'd like to stay if we were traveling. There is plenty to see and do while here and I feel giving our guests a quick rundown of the interesting places to visit can steer them to places they'd like to visit.

Wayne and Kim have a wonderful property. On arrival I was told I was being upgraded at no charge. What a wonderful room, comfortable bed. Big cushy pillows. The breakfasts were very good. Overall I was ecstatic at the service provided and value. Would return again, no hesitation at all!

Thank you for your kind review. Kim and I try to make our place a B&B we'd like to visit ourselves. Nothing fancy, comfortable, and a nice home-cooked breakfast is what we have to offer.

Thank you for your great rating. After 10 days of staying at our B&B, I guess we had so many good conversations at the breakfast table that we're all talked out now. Be safe in your travels.

It's easy to be good hosts when we have such great guests. We try to make our B&B a place that we'd like to stay at when we travel. There are plenty of historic places to see, shop at, or nature walk the miles and miles of trails at the McLean Game Reserve or even more miles of paved paths on the "Rails to Trials". I can't forget to mention all the great restaurants in Granby. We have more of them than the town's population can support. So many people are coming from surrounding towns to enjoy what we have to offer, and they are not disappointed.
