The hotel is very nice. Only issue we had is with dogs barking in rooms adjacent to us. Barking woke us up at 4:30am so we left early. I wish they would put people with pets in an area away from other guests or inform guests before they put them next to rooms with pets. There was even a dog fight in the hallway.

Hotel is beautifully decorated & offers a versatile hot breakfast menu. The only negative was that there was water by the toilet & bathroom floor was quite wet when we arrived. Called the front desk, told them we put a couple of towels on the floor & just so they know in case they get super dirty. They offered a different room but it was too late by then we already unloaded our stuff.

The large gathering room is an especially pleasant experience. An excellent ski lodge-like feel with a cozy fie and rustic decor, soothing and welcoming enjoy a cup of hot tea or chocolate and just sit back, or play a game around one of the tables. My family has made it a regular rendezvous spot for nearly-yearly visits to the Flagstaff area.
