Nothing special about this hotel but I had things I needed in the room so no complaint. The are was definitely very quiet in the night. It's because there's nothing really in the town. It's just a gateway to grand canyon and restaurants are limited. The hotel restaurant/bar was fairly decent and food was not bad at all. The wines were mostly local wines that I didn't recognize. We got lucky with our selection (CA wine) but I can't vouch for the others they have in the menu (The local beers I bought from a convenient store across the street were terrible). The window lock broke so I didn't get to open it but it wasn't a big deal. The hot tub was not busy when I used it and during the stay, I saw a hand full of people only using it. The traffic from the hotel to grand canyon is always terrible (except early in AM) so if I could've stayed in the park, I would've. But all in all, it's a decent hotel for the location and price and I would visit them again.

400 a night, no breakfast, coffee maker was broken. Paying a 100 a night tonight with a mineral pool and spa. Do not stay here. Its a rip off.

All the doors on the second and third floor open to the outside. So if you want to use the hot tub in the atrium you have to go outside, around to the elevator and go down to the ground floor and then get back inside the building. Not the most convenient. I would never eat dinner at the Wagon Wheel again, I’d skip dinner first. Service was mediocre and the food I would rate as 1 out of 5.

We booked a sweet for 4 ppl . Not enough pillows or blanket for pull out couch . When I called down for more pillows they told me they were completely booked for the night and had no extra pillows . No pillows for a sweet ! That I paid over $300 for !! Definitely not worth the money ! Then to hear other people’s barking dogs !

Pretty nice over all. Cant imagine what a zoo it would have been during tourist season. The must have had seating for 500 in the atrium. Staff was friendly. Free coffee and tea. Otherwise everything is really expensive in Tusayan. Like really. Go to the park EARLY if you can. You wouldnt believe the live to get in as we were leaving at like 1130a.m. insane. Hotel was clean and warm.
