Our room had big chunks of dog slobber all over the head boards and the cloth was ripped on it . Im assuming it’s from someone’s dog that was left in the room but I had to go down to the front desk and get cleaning supplies to scrub the headboards. The pool had moldy fries and noodles all over the floor. The hot tub was cold and had a lot of dirt in it. We will not be coming back . Usually IHG hotels are nice and this was the first of many we have stayed at that was not .

On the morning of the second day, the shower was not functioning, and the staff refused to accommodate a room change. Additionally, the manager was unavailable to address the issue. The room was not cleaned, and the towels were not replaced.

After checking in and going to our room, we figured out our rooms shower did not work. It would not turn on. We called down to the front desk only to be told that if we wanted to change rooms, they could not give us another room like the one we had. If I wanted as many beds as I had, I would have to pay for another room. They were not willing to accommodate us or even let us use another empty room to shower. Told us to wait until maintenance could look at the shower in the morning. We waited till almost 10:30 the next morning for the shower to be fixed.

The property is fine, clean even maybe too much cleaning products are used because it smells everywhere like cleaning products. The breakfast was fine. What I did not really like were cold pool and cold hot tub! They charged in my opinion a lot for one night stay around $400 for one room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Since we visited in December, we were excited about the hot tub which is supposed to be hot by definition but it was cold! And when I asked why it was cold they told me according to the standards! :))) I have been to different hotels and never met those kind of standards before according to which the hot tub was cold, and the pool was just freezing. And I am talking about indoor pool and hot tub.

Situated within a mile of everything Williams has to offer: Grand Canyon Station, Downtown Williams, Canyon Coasters. 15 minutes drive to Bearizona and Deer Park. Clean and Spacious rooms. Delicious variety for Hot Breakfast everyday. They also have coupons for dinner at brewery nearby.

This was my 29th wedding anniversary and chose to go to Williams. When we arrived at the hotel, no staff was in the lobby. I tried to ring the bell, but it was broken. My husband and I stood there for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to attend the front desk. I had chosen a king size bed when made the reservation. When I got to the hotel, my husband and I were given two beds. I told them that I had requested one bed and I pulled up my reservation to show her. She said she could not do anything about it and gave me so much attitude. I will never return to this hotel again. The place also looks outdated. The staff was not friendly at all.

Hard beds and cleaning staff missed some things.
Check-in was easy and staff were considerate. There was a dirty sock sitting right in the hallway corner outside my door. This sock did tint my view of the rest of the hotel and room cleanliness. The room itself seemed clean if ignoring the sock outside the door. The pull out bed mattress was horrible basically a bunch of springs with a thin layer of cloth. Their were no sheets for the pull out bed in the room either. Main bed mattresses were very hard. Near the hardest I've ever slept on. I understand some people like that. Mine and my wife's opinion were that they are way too hard to almost back pain in the morning. Otherwise, fridge and microwave were fine. Someone cleaning forgot to check the fridge as we found a drink in it so again questioned the cleanliness of the room. Those kind of simple checks really effect a guests opinion. Breakfast was great. plenty of options and good food for a hotel breakfast.
