Not a lot of customer care
Publié le 11 févr. 2018 sur ExpediaGenerally the businesses of GC don’t have to try hard because they have a captive audience. Consequently the staff take all the parking the waiters and waitresses seat you where it’s convenient for them, the hotel staff don’t know much about what’s around town and nobody seems to care much. In that context Kachina Lodge was fine.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel, I'm sorry to hear that the service was not up to standard during your visit. With the parking, it is very difficult on the rim, especially on busy days. Location is perfect, very close to Bright Angel Trail. Dinning options are great. Facilities are nice. The only downside is parking, its hit or miss.

Extended Stays Only
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsGreat hotel for longer stays. Not really a one night hotel. That being said the accommodations were nice. The only downside was you needed to drive to the registration office and restaurants. Also no handicap parking
