Our room had no working electrical outlet in bathroom, therefore we could not use our night light and I could not shave before leaving in the morning. The towel shelf above toilet was ready to fall off the wall. We felt very unsafe when using the toilet. We felt that a refrigerator and microwave should have been in the room for the price we paid for the night with no breakfast

Dear Richard,We would like to offer our sincerest apologies for your accommodation experience. I am disappointed that you were provided with a room that was clearly not maintained to our standards. We had no idea that there was an issue with a power outlet in that room, or the shelf. I have my maintenance manager fixing this as we speak. An experience like this is not indicative of our hotel, its service or quality. Your review will be used to reinforce proper procedure for the housekeeping department. The housekeeper should have noticed the shelf and reported it to be fixed.Again, my sincerest apologies that you encountered those issues and we hope to see you again soon!Sincerely,

Wallpaper peeling off. Couldnt find our room. Even staff had a hard job locating it for us.

The employee that checked you in was brand new to us and she wasn't confident in its location. It certainly was not her intention to not give you precise directions and she feels terrible that it caused confusion for you. No refrigerator in room, beds are not very comfortable and there is only 2 pillows on the bed.

Nice hotel, nice clean room. Comfortable place to stay. No food on Sunday morning and unexpected $200 deposit on check in were not pleasant surprises

Hard to get to room old dated floors were not cleaned properly

I am surprised that you indicated that the floors were old and dated, considering we have placed grey vinyl plank as well as all new carpeting in the hallways in the last several months. I will, however, follow up on the note of cleanliness with my manager right away. All of our units must be cleaned to industry standards. If someone failed to do that, we will be sure to correct it. Again, I appreciate your honest review and we do hope that you have a wonderful day.
