So I am up there for UND move in and it is the second property I have stayed at, both places shades of drab browns, but clean and a little worn. Breakfast was average with spicy chicken nugget on the last day we were there. On our way home, we stopped at a Holiday Inn in Eau Claire, and it was bright and cheery. It had an outdoor space with a fire pit and grills, and great pillows. It was $80 cheaper than ND.

Only "good" if you have a dog.

The room smelled like dog pee and harsh chemicals. I asked not to be placed on the dog floor and later found out that I was. My son had to sleep in a drenched wet pull out couch the first night. We had no house keeping for 5 days. She came one day and I asked her to come back in the afternoon and she never did. The hallway coming out of the elevator smelled horrible the entire time. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because the front desk girl did the best she could with a positive attitude. The hotel was sold out and was very busy. I recommend spending a little more money for a hotel that does not cater to dogs.

Was very impressed. We had a little bit of issues with the ac and in a heat wave needed it, they helped out and fixed it immediately. It was very clean and staff were good!

Great service

We were there for the first night of the Zach Bryan concert. We called early Sunday morning to see about an early check in and they told us that most likely it wouldn’t be an option. Which was fine we just wanted to head over to the venue sooner. We got to the hotel around 2 and decided to just ask if they were able to check us in then and they were great! They said room service worked really hard to get people in early! We were super appreciative! The front desk was so kind and helpful! I wish I got their name because by far the best hotel front desk service I’ve ever received! Would stay at this hotel again for sure!

The breakfast options were great. However, there was expired milk and very ripe fruit on the breakfast bar (on occasion) during dining hours in the morning.
