The room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was available all day.
The room was cold because the air conditioner was set to 63. We couldnt shut off the a/c. It was very noisy.the noise kept us awake.

The hotel staff was so nice. The location is convenient. We had a family suite by the pool. The room was dark and the carpet was disgusting. I started coughing and got a headache after being in there for about an hour. There was a ton of running and banging above us most of the night which was frustrating because we had to get up at 7:30 am to get my dad to his chemotherapy. We would not stay here again.

I apologize for the issues you faced during your stay. The poolside rooms can get a little loud. We do have a family suite on the second floor, so there is no one above you. Did you notify staff about the noise? Were they able to speak to the people above you? We are in the starting stages of a full remodel, and we are excited to see the future improvements, including new carpet. We hope you will give us another chance to give you an enjoyable stay at our hotel.

Although aware that early check ins are not assured, I came back three times to be told that the room reserved for us was not clean yet. Fine with that - but when I was finally checked in I was informed that I was getting another room because their cleaners did not finish cleaning all the rooms so they had to move around all their reservations. Not cool, but we were only there to sleep overnight hence we let the matter go. Otherwise, breakfast was good and the beds were soft and comfortable.

I loved the room. Near restaurants, shopping and gas station right across the street. Will definitely stay here again!
