Simple, Cute, and Exactly what we needed!
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis little place was exactly what my parents and I needed while staying in Grand Forks to visit my Grandparents!
The house was clean, and our host was wonderful and made sure to give us a new door code and all the information we needed! :)
The property is situated in a quiet spot outside of town, which is what I was looking for, and town is just a quick drive away which is perfect!
and I was able to un-plug the wifi router while we were there which for me really helps so I can avoid headaches!

(if I had one complaint it was that there was no tea kettle... but there is a coffee machine that can make hot water, so it certainly wasn't the end of the world, and we actually just picked up a kettle while we were there because we needed one anyways :)).
We will absolutely stay again if/when we end up in Grand Forks again!

Loved the location, Disappointed in state of place.
Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI rented this place and took 1/2 the clothes I would have as there was a washer and dryer. The washer does not work as it does not drain or spin. The kitchen tap was awful, sprayed water everywhere, almost unusable. Both bathrooms ran out of TP before our stay ended. I went to clean the jetted tub, several empty bottles, but no cleaning products. The code to get in was 1234, a standard code, so we had to take our valuables with us every time we left. The kitchen chairs all need regluing coming apart. A shame, I would book there again, if everything was in expected working condition.

We liked the place but not sure we will go back with the plumbing problems
Publié le 12 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThere were some issues with the plumbing sink was always plugged made it hard to do the dishes as the dishwasher was also plugged there was a light on in kitchen that would not turn off by any switch that was not nice when you went to bed light always on.

If we would have been notified about the clogged sink drain we could have remedied the issue. We have always made it our top priority to answer and tend to all guest concerns. Thank you for staying with us.
