They charge 2 times the amount that u have to pay and second when u call them they are very rude and money hungry WILL NWVER GO BACK AND ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO GO TUERE THEY WAIT A WEEK TO CLEAN AN EMPTY ROOM.. Very rude people and I am hiring layers for them to refund my money!!!!!

Although we always make it a priority to make it our guests happy it becomes very difficult to help some one that calls and does not allow us to help you and just uses fowl language and then hangs up before we can respond. With the pandemic unfortunately we cannot do stay over rooms. What we were trying to explain is that you were not over charged by us, some banks will do two separate auth codes for the initial check in and when we settle charges. One of those will fall off of your account as if it never happened but this is your bank not us

Publié le 30 août 2020 sur HotelsStaff not wearing masks. Also, the on-site restaurant was closed 2 months ago. Jets didn’t work in hot tub, & the large pool was too cold to go in

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We do not wear masks at this time however should it become mandated we are more than happy to comply with all recommendations from the state of North Dakota. Also staff has been tested and are and remain in good health. We do sanitize the desk as well. The hot tub jets are not working but I am sorry to hear about the pool temperature. We do check it twice per day and systems were all clear but we will definitely look into it for you. Again thank you for staying with us.

Outside doors do not lock at all , hallways walkways and stairs stayed dirty entire stay, a.c. does not work for that room, the room was not cleaned throughly, one older employee was rude

Go somewhere else
Publié le 20 juill. 2020 sur HotelsIt took over 10 minutes for the receptionist to show up to check us in, once she got there everything went smoothly till we got into the room. I walked into the bathroom and there was a huge gob of hair on and on the toilet seat so ok whatever i had to pee and i went to grab a wash cloth to clean off the seat and there were no towels or wash cloths .... so i grab some toilet paper to wash the seat go to turn the sink on and that was broken as well ( good thing mu husband is a handyman ) he fixed the sink for them. Needless to say we didnt stay... then teo days later i look at my bank account and seen they charged us twice for the room

We apologize you did not enjoy your stay. We hope that you contact the hotel if you were charged twice. We know that sometimes banks will process the initial authorization at check in separately from the settlement when we check you out if this was the case one of the transactions will fall off within 3 to ten business days. Rude workers, filthy floors, hot tub and pool area were dirty, hot tub was full of debris and jets wouldn't turn on,
