Loved the place but did have problems with our Plumbing. The shower in Room 21 only had HOT water coming out no cold to moderate the heat. Had to take a bath instead. Haven't done that in over 30 years.

Overall, we were slightly disappointed with the stay. We were initially excited about the location on the channel, however the Inn is a little rundown and does not give the “homey” bed and breakfast feel. The room we reserved was with a balcony and view of the channel which was nice, however there were only two chairs on the balcony with no table. This was one of the small things about the room that didn’t make the stay convenient.
Additionally, since we were paying more for a bed and breakfast vs. a hotel, we were expecting there to be a decent breakfast in the morning. This place only serves a “cold continental” breakfast. It was very disappointing and not worth the extra money at all.
The lady that checked us in was pleasant, however the lady that checked us out was not warm or friendly. It was unfortunate to not have a more positive encounter when leaving.
The best part of this place was the location. If that is all you’re interested in then I would recommend this stay. If you are looking for more bang for your buck (updated, cozy, clean, good meal) then look elsewhere.

Charming accommodations with some pretty water views. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the pull out sleeper sofa was most uncomfortable to sleep on.

Great location adjacent to the riverfront a block from downtown attractions and restaurants. Staff friendly, room clean and beds good.

A very nice place but definitely showing its age. There is no elevator and the stairway is narrow making it difficult to carry luggage up. Location is perfect.
