Very enjoyable stay

Posted Jul. 14, 2024 on HomeAwayWe loved the location of this place since we could walk downtown or to the beach! Having the balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view and weather was the best part of this place. Size of the unit was good enough for 2 people. I think the furniture could use a fashion update though. Only issue we had was the fridge was not working when we checked in but owner had someone there the next day to get it fixed. So overall it was a great Grand Haven weekend getaway!

Disappointed Overall
Posted Jun. 14, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property owner never sent a check in code. We tried communicating prior to arrival and heard nothing on our hour drive. We waited in the parking garage, in the smallest parking spot (which was not communicated ahead of time) for a half an hour for the owner to contact us.
Once in the condo, we were pleased to get settled. Not for long though because the upstairs occupants were running marathons all evening, night, and bright and early. We weren't bothered so much when we left for dinner, which was a short walk to the main street.
Once back in the condo, we noticed the bathroom didn't have any hand soap. When taking a shower, the curtain has to be just right or the water will leak out, and there is a switch to turn on the internet to connect the tvs.
Overall, it was not the quiet, relaxing weekend we were hoping for and we got little sleep thanks to the neighbors. Not sure we would go back

Quick weekend
Posted May 14, 2024 on HomeAwayThe condo was clean and comfortable. It was sufficient. I appreciated the k cups for morning coffee. We enjoyed happy hours on the balcony that over looked the channel. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Posted Nov. 1, 2023 on HomeAwayNice property, good location and pretty view. Checkin wasn't seemless but manager responsed quickly. More details on internet and having working remotes to both tvs would be helpful. We had the roku remotes but no volume control. Weather damped our plans but would come again when it would be warmer.
