Not happy
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsThe bed was very uncomfortable, so neither my wife or I got a good nights sleep while we were there. After we checked out, we realized that we had left 3 things in the room and when I called asking about it I was told nothing had been found and that I could call back in 30 minutes, I did and was told the same thing again. The front desk lady said she was going to go back and check the maid carts and call me back..she never did!

Very clean and friendly motel. Made accommodations so my family and i could have adjoining rooms. Only negative i bought a discounted candybar for a buck and it was way beyond expiring date so inedible but that was nothing to complain about. But they probably should have just tossed them

Reasonable, clean, good breakfast
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsGood overnight stay while traveling cross country, basic furnishings, not lavish but very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast included was very good. not much staff interaction other than check in and check out but staff was friendly.

Exactly what we needed!
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsGreat place for an overnight stop, price was right on point. Staff were very friendly, and the place felt very clean. We really appreciated the reasonable dog fee, and wish other places were more like this. Would absolutely stay here again next time passing through Grand Island!

The pool room was very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was fine with a n8ce variety. Young man working the desk was not customer oriented. We had to ask for wifi password because our data did not work; he told us its boarders all lower case very dryly.
Could barely hear him when he checked us in he talked too soft.

Hot n musty
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWalked into the room ang got hit wth a gush of hot musty air. Decided to go to the pool. Again a gust of hot musty air. Pool water was clean and cool. When I got back to the room, it had cooled off. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The a/c was loud all night. I woke up at 4 am and left, so I didn’t experience the breakfast.

We do keep our ac's turned up when the room is unoccupied; however, the guest can change the setting upon entering. The pool area is quite warm from the water temperature - making the pool feel that much better. We do look forward to your return in the future! Thank you!
